Although a very small item was ordered it was delivered quickly and efficiently just like when we had a large order for a complete bathroom. Bathstore gives excellent service all the time.

Super quick response from the local store after I'd placed my online order, and several follow up phone calls to keep me informed about delivery.

The order arrived damaged a week ago. This was reported to the contact store by phone the same day who said that the item would be replaced and the damaged item collected at the same time by the end of this week and I would be kept informed of progress. No info arrived so last Tuesday I phoned again and the same message was given by the manager. To date, 24th May, no info received and no replacement has arrived. This is now one week after receiving the original part. Would you be happy with this service? I'm not. Hello

I am very sorry to hear that the towel rail was found to be damaged and for the delays and poor communication with our store.

Clearly this situation does not represent the level of service that we strive to achieve and I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

It is my understanding that my colleague in store has now arranged for a replacement to be delivered Tuesday 28th May.

Equipment excellent, delivery poor, delivery organization insisted they had tried to deliver and I was out, if I wished I could pay for it to be delivered another day. I told them I had been in my garden all morning and the driver would have to pass me to get to the door, he arrived hours later and admitted he had not been near the house.

The products are excellent, but the website promises next day delivery. I ordered just after 1pm on Tuesday, but the delivery time I was given was Thursday between 0and 13.05. It didn't arrive and the only way I could find out what was happening was to contact the nearest store, even though it was an online order. I was advised the drivers were running late and my goods wouldn't arrive until 15.30. What is the point of providing contact numbers if they don't contact you!

Appalling - they tried to deliver pedestal 3 times and failed due to product either being broken in transport or faulty label. Therefore failed to deliver in time for the plumber who had been booked 4 week previously to do job on specific date (20.5.13) Have now had to rebook another plumber to fit the sink as a stand alone job as the plumber who was supposed to do the toilet and sink in one day is now fully booked and can't come back for 3 weeks. Additional cost to me to get another plumber in at short notice is £200. When did finally deliver the pedestal - they delivered it twice - one direct from bathstore and one from dpd. Was told 2 days ago that Manger would contact me from Newbury store to discuss compensation, but as yet no call. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - totally useless and incompetent and the quality of the products is pretty poor even for those that aren't actually broken - uneven glazing, "potholes" in finish. Do not use bathstore. Hello,

Thank you for your feedback; I am very sorry to hear that the pedestal did not arrive in an acceptable condition, I can fully understand the disappointment and frustration this situation would cause. With regard to installation, we do advise customers not confirm the start date with their Installer until you have checked the goods following delivery, to ensure that any such issues can be resolved.
