Ordered online and specified a day when I would be home to receive the delivery, received email from Bathstore confirming day of delivery. Delivery failed to arrive that day. Phoned local Bathstore as mentioned on email. Store assistant did not have a clue about my order of why it had not arrived. Phoned Bathstore customer support who did not have a clue either and said they would contact local local store. Next day delivery arrived I was not home as I said I was only home the day before. Delivery left with a neighbour. | |

Was very pleased with all the phone calls confirming delivery date and time which were adhered to but not so happy when they delivered the wrong goods and arrangements had to be made to return the item and receive the correct item. |

It took 4 attempts to deliver to my address in East Looe Cornwall. The first time it came down in a 7.5t truck, impossible to get down the street as narrow. I was then told it would be delivered in a small van. It was delivered in an extra long wheel base panel van that was too long to get around a corner. The next delivery was delivered to the invoice address in Plymouth. The 4th delivery, I had to arrange to meet them in a suitable area to cross the items to a VW Caddy size van and take to the delivery address, luckily one of the lads agreed to help me while the other waited with their van. I explained that access could be gained from the top road and turn around at the bottom but they would not try. I am pleased with the products bought but unhappy about the delivery as I had explained that the streets were narrow, especially taking 4 attempts. | Hello,

Ordered on-line including delivery date - then phoned store to change date - OK - delivered on new date in time slot as informed - and taken up steep stairs by delivery guys - all very simple and efficient. |

I can describe just customer service by telephone as I bought on-line. It was nice, polite and helpful.
The same can to say about delivery guy. He agreed to let me know one hour in advance, so I didn't have to take the whole day off :) |

Overall good, but some parts lacked instructions or did not give good enough guidance (a warning to make sure you adjust bath to the height of your panel would be nice). Nice when manuals and instructions are on the website but not all parts did, especially the ones I lost the instructions for! |

I would have helped if at the time of ordering I had been informed that if the shower enclosure was being fitted on a concrete floor then I would need extra parts in order to fit it. As this did not happen, I was unable to have the shower enclosure fitted when I had arranged as we had to wait a week for the delivery of the extra parts required. As you can imagine I was not very happy. |

When purchasing the shower tray online, it suggests other items that you may require, such as the shower tray frame. The product information for the shower tray also states that you can purchase a frame separately which includes height-adjustable legs, used to raise the tray above the floor to accommodate plumbing pipes and wastes. Apart from the fact that the delivery mans attitude was not of a standard I would have expected - the 30 minute call was received at 10 minutes and my fitter had to go to the van to collect the item - the impression given that the men obviously didnt have time to be hanging around. This was the second delivery I've had and thankfully my first experience was totally the opposite experience - faultless. | |

online service was easy and the delivery came as stated. The Pedestal was broken on delivery and the driver returned the product back to the warehouse. Unfortunately we then heard nothing from the Bathstore about a replacement until we chased them twp weeks later. Luckily we were not in a rush to fit the product. | |

Placed order online, selected next day delivery, item never arrived. Got into an argument with the local store who were shipping the item who basically said "that's what happens when you order online!". Rejected the delivery when it did arrive as I had to source another trap from a local plumbers merchant, asked for a refund and was told I needed to give all of my debit card details over the phone!! No way. Alrernatively I could drive 15 miles to the store. Rediculous! |
