20 February 2017 Very good customer care and service. Unfortunately the bath panel was missed at delivery. Furthermore one of the light bulb was not in.the box for the downlights. Had to wait a few days but the shop staff especially Xavier Toussaint was extremely courteous and helpful. Very good quality stuff. Had a good deal.
20 February 2017 Our original advisor at bath store was helpful in designing our bathroom, although appeared 'not at one' with the design application, so I felt it perhaps took longer than it needed to. The delivery service was good and on time. My one issue is we discussed what bath screen we wanted but then it wasn't placed on our order and we required a mains radiator and the advisor had selected an electric radiator by mistake. When ringing the store I felt I was fobbed of to customer services (who then took 15 minutes to answer) to tell me it would be quicker a cheaper for me to deal with the store directly to arrange swap on the radiator. I arrived at store to find only 1 advisor in the whole store who was already dealing with a customer. I asked for assistance as the radiator was very heavy but it appeared to fall on deaf ears so I proceeded to struggle with the radiator into store. Once I was seen to, the correct items were ordered and arrived when agreed. Happy with quality of all items we purchased.

19 February 2017 I took delivery of my bathroom suite just before Christmas 2015, with the aim of fitting it in the January. I understand your policy of checking delivery within 7 days, I checked the big items, but diidnt check the small ones, with packaging in perfect condition. Unfortunately I was struck down with pneumonia and I had to put all the work on hold, and I'm only just now fitting it. Unfortunately, when I unpacked the bracket to fix the shower panel, it was damaged. I took it back to your chelmsford store, where the manager view was that it was a manufacturing fault, but couldn't help me because of your policy, even though he could see that I was being extremely genuine. I have had to purchase a replacement item at a cost of £72, even though the damage was there before it left the factory, I would like to understand about the quality assurance process for this supplier, as clearly it is not working and the risk has simply transfered to me, your customer. I now feel in two minds about bathstore, the service quality in the store and the quality of goods has been good, but it's been dented by the cold adherence to sticking with policy rather than being able to make a judgement on a low value item. PS - your store advised me to call customer services to discuss this. Interestingly, trying to get through to customers services, I gave up after spending a long time on the phone.

16 Feb 2017 I wanted a diverter for my shower, saw this advertised at £129 reduced to £29 and thought why not? Whether the sale reduction is as genuine as a DFS 'Sale' I wouldn't know, but £29 for this bit of kit is a steal. Hope it works!

12 Feb 2017 I ordered a tap for the wash basin Bathstore had previously delivered. I phoned the order through on Friday about 2pm and they will deliver tomorrow Monday. Good value tap and modest delivery charge.If I have any questions about their products, I can phone the local store, text customer services online or ring the national 03 number.

11 Feb 2017 Ordered online, but had to make a call to confirm a few details. Great value WC. It was just what we were looking for. Good pre-delivery communications and delivery came on correct day and time!
