- Bring in your measurements and take advantage of our free design service to help you choose the perfect bathroom to suit your budget

- We'll answer any questions you have and arrange a call to book a home survey with you at a time that is convenient

2. Home survey

- The installation team who will be carrying out the work will visit you to discuss and understand your requirements

- When your survey is complete we will give you an accurate quote within 2 working days

- Our fixed price quote will be valid for the next 30 working days

3. Installation

- Book your installation to suit you - just give us a few days' notice

- We will visit before installation starts to check your order has arrived so you don't have to worry about anything

- Our project team will be in touch throughout the installation process and will check you're happy when the job is finished

4. After care

- All our work is guaranteed for 2 years and insured for complete peace of mind

- We include a complimentary 12 month, 24/7 home emergency call out service

- All our tradesmen have completed a CRB check and are vetted as well as FMB, FENSA and Gas Safe accredited

A. No - the quote is just for the fitting, unless specifically stated

A. Full payment must be made before the agreed installation date, although you can cancel up to 5 days prior to this and obtain a full refund
