- We'll answer any questions you have and arrange a call to book a home survey with you at a time that is convenient

2. Home survey

- The installation team who will be carrying out the work will visit you to discuss and understand your requirements

- When your survey is complete we will give you an accurate quote within 2 working days

- Our fixed price quote will be valid for the next 30 working days

3. Installation

- Book your installation to suit you

- Our project team will then be in touch throughout the installation process and will check you're happy when the job is finished

4. After care

- Workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years for peace of mind

- All our tradesmen have completed a CRB check and are vetted as well as FMB, FENSA and Gas Safe accredited
