IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
Watertec 1000 mirror

Dear Customer,

Please read the following important information about Watertec 1000 mirrors that were delivered during November 2016.

The quality of our products is of the upmost importance to us, we continuously and rigorously test and inspect them until satisfied that they meet our standards. On the extremely rare occasion that a product does not meet these standards, we take immediate corrective action.

As part of our quality assurance programme we have discovered a small number of cases where some of the wall brackets have not been attached to the mirror correctly.

We have written to all customers who have mirrors that we are concerned about, but if you haven’t heard from us and think that your mirror might be affected we suggest that you remove it from the wall and contact us by emailing customercare@bathstore.com, or write to me, Robert Shackle, at bathstore, Home House, 3 Albany Place, Hydeway, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 3UQ.

This is a precautionary measure as, although unlikely, it is possible for the bond between the bracket and the mirror to fail causing the mirror to fall.

Atlantes 750 bath screen

 

In August 2015 we wrote to customers who received the Atlantes 750 bath screen before July 2015. If you have an Atlantes 750 bath screen, and received it earlier that 1st July 2015, and haven’t received a letter from us please read the following important information.

The quality of our products is of the upmost importance to us. We rigorously test and inspect products until satisfied that they meet our quality standards. On the extremely rare occasion that a product does not meet these standards, we take immediate corrective action.

As part of our quality assurance programme we have discovered that if some Atlantes 750 bath screens are installed at the full extent of their adjustment range the bracket may not hold securely. To ensure that your screen is safe
