The Basics dual control vertical thermostatic shower valve has an uncomplicated design that suits all bathroom settings, at a price that’s hard to beat. Highlighting design quality, this thermostatic shower valve has a brass body which won’t rust, alloy valve handles and an ABS chrome back plate which enhances the shower valve’s smooth polished finish.

This concealed shower valve is effortless to use and offers the option of controlling two outlets at once - ideal if you have a fixed head and body-jets, or if you choose a slide rail kit and one of our overflow fillers. It can be used with any Bathstore fixed shower head, slide rail kit, overflow filler and body jet set. For the budget conscious bathroom, we suggest that it is used alongside either the Fox two function shower handset and rail kit or Blade single function shower handset and rail kit.

Inside, the ¾ inch cartridge ensures a high water flow (even on low pressure) while the TMV2 approved thermostatic cartridges smoothly regulates the outlet temperatures to prevent scalding. The Basics vertical shower valve is suitable for both low and high pressure systems (min. 01. bar pressure). A wall cavity of 80-95mm is required for the installation of this dual control shower valve, making it more suitable with slightly thicker walls. We therefore recommend you discuss your bathroom specifications with a qualified tradesman before installation.
