The side exit wet room gulley can be used as an accessory with the Playtime wet room kit when the floor joists run parallel to the gully.
The side exit wet room includes a water trap and a 50mm to 1 ½ inch adapter for 1 ½ inch waste pipe.

The side exit gulley required a floor cavity of 132mm in height and can disperse up to 60 litres of water per minute.
The gulley can be installed into concrete if necessary – see concrete installation kit as a separate item.

NB: NB: This side exit wet room waste and trap must be uses in conjunction with the  Playtime wet room kit
