Wash 12 jet whirlpool acrylic bath - 1800 x 800

The Wash 1800mm by 800mm bath is the classic double ended bath - soft rounded ends yet strong internal angles for a very contemporary look. This bath is bigger than standard, having an extra 100mm in length (1700mm is standard) and 100mm in width (700mm is standard).

The extra size makes this a true doubled ended bath which can fit two average sized adults. And kids think it is the best! A 12 jet whirlpool system is fitted to the bath featuring  chrome controls, chrome jets, a 1.2 horse power pump, rigid pipe work and a water level sensor to prevent dry running.

For maximum stabililty and ease of installation  the bath comes with a fully encapsulated metal frame. The bath is fully encapsulated in its own fibre glass reinforced mould and with a fully integrated base board. The high pressure water system is designed to reduce noise and pump fibration, whilst each joint is solvent welded and water tested for long term durability.

The back rests are sloped to maximise ergonomic comfort. This bath fits comfortably with most styles of sanitaryware, from the more traditional to the very modern Euro ranges. The bath has been designed in the UK specifically for the UK market with its love of deck mounted bath taps - the outside edges are 70mm wide to allow space for fitting taps.

The internal shape is defined by the very vertical sides and sharp corners. This not only looks great, but gives an internal bathing area at least 8% larger than the most popular steel bath equivalent (Classic). The displaced water volume for this bath is 170 litres.

The acrylic sheet used is manufactured by Lucite to ensure not only the best quality (the sharp angles mean we have to use Lucite as other acrylic sheets can't cope) but also enhanced slip resistance (Lucite acrylic when wet is far more slip resistant than steel).

The Lucite acrylic is warm to the touch (avoiding the cold shock of a steel bath), and has excellent thermal qualities that ensure your water stays warm longer. The bath is supplied with no tap holes. The tap holes are drilled on site by the installer in exactly the position you require.

The bath has a fully encapsulated wooden base board for extra rigidity, aided by a steel frame fully adjustable leg set.

N.B Bathstore recommend the use of an ELCB circuit breaker. This is not supplied with the bath. All electrical equipment must be installed by a qualified electrician
