Our products cover basics such as sanitaryware, baths and taps, but also include essential 'interior design' products such as lighting, accessories, furniture and cabinets. Some of our stores also sell tiles. Bathstore is the one stop solution for all your bathroom needs.

Price promise

At Bathstore, we are confident that our prices will be the lowest. If you should find a better price elsewhere for the same product, simply produce a written quotation and we will beat that price.

This promise remains valid for 30 days after order date. Price promise excludes any sale or promotional offers run from time to time by Bathstore or its related companies.

Installations

Bring in your measurements and take advantage of our free design service to help you choose the perfect bathroom to suit your budget. We’ll arrange a home survey with you at a time that is convenient and the installation team who will be carrying out the work will discuss and understand your requirements. Then we’ll give you an accurate fixed price quote within 2 working days, which will be valid for the next 30 days.

Then book your installation to suit you - just give us a few days’ notice. We will visit before installation starts to check your order has arrived so you don’t have to worry about anything. Our project team will be in touch throughout the installation process and will check you’re happy.

All our work is guaranteed for 2 years and insured for complete peace of mind. We include a complimentary 12 month, 24/7 home emergency call out service. All our tradesmen have completed a CRB check and are vetted as well as FMB, FENSA and Gas Safe accredited. All Bathstore products are guaranteed for up to 10 years.

Stock

Bathstore stock products valued in excess of £10 million at our London, Ripon, Dunstable and Birmingham warehouses. This gives you unrivalled product support and backup.
