YOUR BATHROOM ORDERPlease check your order carefully & ensure all details are correct & that our salesperson has clearly understood the products and/or services requested. If you are in any doubt please let us know immediately. Don't forget we are here to help. 2. PAYMENTWe ask that all goods are paid for prior to delivery with cleared funds. 3. DELIVERIESAll goods must be delivered / collected within 2 months of your order date. After 2 months the order will be cancelled & subject to a 20% handling charge. i) Delivery timesDeliveries are made between 7:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. ii) Delivery informationPlease make sure we have your address details correct. Please ensure if there are any access issues to your property or other special delivery requirements, that you have discussed them with your sales consultant. If you wish to make any changes to your delivery date or address please contact us 5-7 days before your scheduled delivery. iii) Delivery chargesDeliveries are made to your door & are generally carried out using our own vehicles & drivers. To keep our prices as low as possible, our drivers do not have assistants. Please ensure there is help on hand to unload any heavy or bulky items.
Your delivery charge will be calculated by the total amount within your basket. N.B Outside mainland Britain prices are available upon request. iv) Delivery to StoreShould you wish, orders containing small items below a total value of £250 inc. VAT can be delivered to store for you to collect at the discretion of the store manager. As all our stock is held at our regional distribution centres, the charge for store delivery is the same as delivery to your home address. Outside mainland Britain: prices available upon request. v) Booking your installerBathstore advise you not to confirm your installer's starting date until full receipt of your goods. In the unlikely event that a delivery date confirmation (this is not the request date on your order) is not met resulting in inconvenience or loss, Bathstore will contribute up to £25 per day to a maximum of 3 days as a goodwill gesture. This is a demonstration of our total commitment to meeting our deadlines. vi) AssistanceTo enable us to offer a competitive delivery service Bathstore vans are manned by the driver alone - please ensure that suitable assistance is available to off-load heavy goods. vii) Check your deliveryWe recommend that you check your delivery is complete and undamaged as soon as possible. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition. Bathstore offers a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. Please notify your local store within 28 days and we will arrange to put things right as fast as we possibly can. 4. FAULTY PRODUCTSDue to our continuous policy of product evaluation & customer satisfaction, the Bathstore customer service team would like to hear from you if you are not entirely satisfied with any of your Bathstore goods or services. Not only will we re-supply any faulty item, but also, as a goodwill gesture, Bathstore will contribute 10% of the faulty product value paid as a contribution towards re-installation. All our products carry a 12 month warranty against fair wear & tear & faults occurring in any correct installation. 5. CANCELLATION OR RETURN OF GOODSIn the event that your bathroom plans change after delivery, you can return the complete order or any individual item to us for a full refund within 28 days. All we ask is that you take reasonable care of the goods, returning them in the original packaging. Please notify your local store to arrange a collection.
