|19 November 2017||At ordering point I was given full attention and helpful advice. The delivery was on the day specified but was quite a few hours late. Traffic issues. I was not informed until they were already late. Not helpful when you are staying in especially. Shower tray is damaged. Also, toilet ballcock etc missing - not so much of a problem with the latter but will have a serious knock on effect with the shower tray, being the only bathroom in the house!! Going into the showroom today to resolve the problem. Only problem is- plumber only available on few days and other tradesmen will now be held back, waiting for replacement. Wait and see|
|19 November 2017||They never answer the phone. Called 8 times and left messages on day and was not called back. When in store manager very helpful. Collected large radiator from Stuart in store, I carried it from the store room to may car. When it came to fitting it, I did not have the matching valves. My order wasn't checked so I had to return to the store again, as I couldn't get through on the phone again! Where the valves were in the store room near to where I had carried the radiator from. Next I ordered a vanity unit. I did. Receive a call when this was in store. I ordered some tiles. I was called to say they were in. When I picked them up, luckily I opened the package, wrong tiles. The sample had been mishandled and this was not noticed when they were ordered. They may be in now which has prompted this request fir a review, I did receive an earlier email asking me to check them? I have not yet been called by the store, thought I might get a call?|

|16 November 2017||I went into bathstore stafford to ask advice on the radiator valves that I required. I showed The manager in bathstore a photograph of the radiator that I needed the valves for and he stated he knew what I required and asked me if I wanted him to order them, he stated it was £10 delivery that he could not have them sent to store and it would have to be home delivery. I agreed and he ordered them, when they arrived they were the wrong ones, I took them back and the staff were quite rude telling me they were the ones I ordered, the manager who ordered them was not there and when I tried to explain to the female sales person that the manager stated these were the ones I needed but in actual fact they weren't she kept telling me they were the valves I required. She said she could order more with a further £10 delivery or give me a refund less the postage. I am rather dissatisfied with the way I was treated and that I had to pay £10 delivery and not told it would be non refundable if I had to return the item|
