|15 August 2017||The salesman phoned me back as the only other person in the store was something to do with stock and he took my details. The solitary salesman was tied up with customers who, I assume, wanted more than the 1 WC I required. Order arrived in the time slot allocated and visually checked by myself, technically I wait for my plumbers OK|
|15 August 2017||I have rated the bathstore poor, I was given excellent customer service by Frank in Horsham and also his manager when placing the order. However, the delivery was appauling. They only took one box to the bathroom, leaving another two in my living room. (Which i was unable to move myself). They also walked mud up my stairs and hall wall. I've shared my frustration and images with Frank at the Horsham store and his manager is going to call me. To discuss further.|
|15 August 2017||I needed to cancel my order but the system was already in 'lock down' so I had to stay in to receive the delivery. When the cabinet arrived, the delivery guy dropped it. Then had to go back into the store to arrange collection as no one was answering the phones or returning my calls (apparently it was a busy day!). Then I had to wait in again for the item to be collected.|
