|27 May 2017||Worst experience ever!!! We are saving to have the work redone by professionals. During installation our central heating was broken, we had 4 leaks, the mixer tap was connected the wrong way round (hot/cold), new ceiling was left damaged after electrical work carried out. 2 weeks after installation(today) the shower furniture has come away from the wall and there is a leak in the sink cupboard. Our friends and family ask who did the bathroom for us so that they know who NOT to get.|

|26 May 2017||Very mixed experience. Staff in store helpful and polite. So are staff on phone and always tried to resolve problems quickly. But the really issues started when items were delivered. Every single item delivered was damaged. Most had to be replaced 2 or 3 times. Every single item! So frustrating. Delayed the whole project and cost a lot of money and time in arranging new deliveries. Some were so poorly packaged that I can see how they would be damaged by the time they arrived. Also discussed the quality checks before they leave the warehouse as clearly it needs to improve. As said before, when calling up for replacement phone staff were very helpful but didn't solve the real issue. So much time wasted taking time off work for new deliveries. Personally would never use again as it was just so stressful and frustrating. A 2 week project took 6 - 8 weeks due to delays.|
