Delivery Advice

We will contact you via email and/or sms text the day before your chosen delivery date to confirm your details 

  • You will be given the opportunity to change the delivery date
  • You will be given the opportunity to organise a delivery to a neighbour
  • On your delivery day you will be given a confirmation of your 1 hour time slot
  • By going online you will also be offered the ability to let the driver know a safe place to leave your item or arrange a collection from your nearest depot
  • If you are unable to take delivery and have not rearranged a time you will be left with a missed you card and a communication that allows redelivery.

 We will contact you via email and/or sms text 2 days before your chosen delivery date to confirm a 4 hour delivery window (between 7:30am - 8:00pm)

  • Our drivers will carry your order to the room of your choice where possible so no shifting of heavy boxes! (up to the second floor)
  • Most of our deliveries are made using 12-tonne vehicles that are roughly 30 feet (10m) long and wider than a car, this is larger than 
    a standard bin lorry. Please let us know as soon as possible if we will have difficulty in making your delivery or if you will not be available to receive your delivery. 
    Non delivery will result in a £47.50 admin charge

*If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday before 3pm, we deliver to you the following Monday or depending on availability. However, all delivery dates will be confirmed at point of purchase instore. Delivery charges for orders outside mainland Britain or in the Highlands of Scotland may vary.

Check your delivery

At the point of delivery please check that the number of items delivered matches the number advised on the delivery note, so that the note can be amended prior to the delivery team’s departure. We then recommend that you complete a full check of your items as soon as possible after delivery. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition. All our deliveries require a signature, so please make sure you are home to receive your delivery. bathstore offers a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. Please notify your local store within 7 days and we will arrange to put things right as fast as we can.
