bathstore reaches out to disgruntled Tesco Bathroom customers
Following the recent announcement from Tesco Bathrooms that it has put it’s bathroom installation service on hold, bathstore has extended the offer of assistance to all customers who have been affected. Every Tesco Bathroom's customer who's order can no longer be fulfilled is being offered 10 per cent off orders when they head into their local bathstore showroom, plus an additional £250 off installation. The dedicated bathstore team have also set up a helpline to offer product advice to any dissatisfied Tesco Bathroom customers.
Hundreds of customers have been left in the lurch with many not knowing if their orders will be fulfilled, whilst Tesco is in the process of trying to resolve the issue. According to a Tesco spokesperson so far 200 customers have been offered refunds.

On 10 November 2014 Tesco Bathrooms placed a hosting notice on their website stating that the supermarket retailer was “in discussions with Mark Two Distributors Limited, the company which runs our kitchen and bathroom fitting business about how we work with them in the future.”.
